8 oz block Greek feta cheese
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1 tbsp fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Place the block of feta cheese in a small ceramic baking dish
Pat the feta dry with a paper towel to remove excess brine
Drizzle olive oil and honey evenly over the surface of the feta
Sprinkle dried oregano and red pepper flakes over the cheese
Roast for 20 minutes until golden and molten
Top with crushed walnuts and fresh thyme before serving
Use authentic Greek feta for best results
Substitute pistachios or pine nuts for walnuts
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste
