Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Lump Crab Meat
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Drain the crab meat thoroughly to remove excess liquid.
Combine the mayonnaise, egg, and mustard in a large bowl until smooth.
Gently fold the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley into the mixture.
Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
Roll each ball in Panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for three minutes.
Place the crab bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until they reach a deep golden brown color.

Notes

Ensure crab meat is picked over for shells before mixing. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow for proper air circulation and crisping. Serve immediately with a side of lemon wedges or your favorite dip.
