A buttery, golden pizza made with crescent rolls, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh toppings, perfect for gatherings and easy to make in under 25 minutes.
2 cans (8 oz each) crescent rolls
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Unroll the crescent dough onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet.
Press the perforated seams firmly together to seal into one continuous sheet.
Bake the dough for 8 minutes to par-bake it.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the par-baked crust, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top with diced bell peppers and sliced olives.
Return to the oven and bake for 7 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Allow to rest for 3 minutes before slicing into 12 pieces.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice into equal pieces for presentation.
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or red pepper flakes to the pizza sauce.
Leftover pizza can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
