About Me

When Anna passed away four years ago, I found her notebook tucked away on a shelf.
Her handwriting. Her notes. Her recipes.
I tried cooking one. It wasn’t perfect, but it felt like she was there again.
And Then Sophia
My granddaughter Sophia started coming over. She’d watch me cook, ask about her grandmother, and one day grabbed my phone: “We have to keep this. I don’t want people to forget her.”
That’s how Blinkitchen was born.
Not from a business plan. From a man trying to remember his wife, and a little girl trying to keep her alive.
Why We’re Here
Every recipe here comes from Anna’s notebook—some she created, some passed down through our family. We’ve adapted them for today: quick lunches that fit modern, busy lives without losing the love that made them special.
You don’t need hours to cook like you care. You need intention. You need presence.
Anna taught me how to love through food.
Sophia taught me how to share it with the world.
If you have your own Anna—someone whose cooking shaped you, whose recipes matter—this is your space too. These are family recipes. And families grow when they’re shared.
Welcome to our kitchen. 💛
